Over the years the way radio is made developed differently in different countries. Radio equipment that originates in one country does not necessarily meet the requirements in the other. We enjoy the challenge solving your operational problems! 1. Eela Audio mixing desk Eela Audio offers a wide range of digital and analogue mixing desk for the radio and television broadcast market. Typical broadcast functions you will find on all Eela Audio mixing desks are fader and / or button start, monitor speaker mute or dim upon opening a control room microphone, studio foldback facilities, red-light signalling outputs and of course the ability to handle " outside sources" by means of " cleanfeeds / N-1" with talkback. Broadcast is highly nationalistic in its engineering specifications and operational practices. With our more than 35 year experience we can fulfil the majority of radio broadcast requirements. 2. Telephone hybrids The EA815/ 1 MKII is a simple, though high quality, analogue telephone hybrid. The hybrid has a built-in limiter and bandpass filter and can be used in combination with analogue telephone lines ( POTS) . Voice Control is used together with preset balance, to achieve the best damping of the send signal. The unit has balanced line in- and outputs on XLR-type connectors and Opto isolated remotes on a D-9 connector. The send and receive gain is adjustable through the front panel. The latest version comes with a wide range ý universalý power adaptor ( Euro, US/ Japan/ UK, 100..240Volts, 50/ 60 Hz) . Available as EA815/ 2, dual hybrid version in one 1U 19ý rackmount unit. 3. Line interfaces Only recently we have updated our series of line balancing units. These balancing units are built with the best available electronics. EA924, quad stereo balancing unit, balanced inputs and unbalanced outputs . A 19ý , 1U, rack mount unit with 4 x 2 female XLR-type inputs and 4 x 2 RCA cinch output connectors. The gain of the high quality balancing amplifiers can be set individually for each channel. The trimpots are accessible from the rear panel and can be adjusted with a screwdriver. The mains power supply is a wide range system 85 .. 260 Volts AC, 47 .. 440 Hz EA926, quad stereo balancing unit, unbalanced inputs and high quality balanced outputs. It comes in 2 versions: EA926/ E electronically balanced with premium quality amplifiers. EA926/ T transformer balanced outputs used to isolate signals to prevent ground loop problems. A 19ý , 1U, rack mount unit with 4 x 2 RCA cinch input connectors and 4 x 2 male XLR-type outputs. Each output is driven by a separate amplifier, the gain for each individual output can be set with trimpots accessible from the rear panel. With internal jumpers you can couple stereo channels A + B and C + D together to use the unit or part of the unit as a distribution amplifier. Thousands of S20A Reportophones are in daily use all over the world. Available are 3 versions: S25 for mobile telephone, S20A for one reporter, S24 for 2 reporters. The S25 Reportophone offers the reporter the possibility to connect to the studio from every place were he can use his mobile telephone. It is easy to use, offers very good protection against HF radiation and has the same features as the world famous S20A. Even the layout and function of the knobs is the same. The audio quality is surprisingly good. You are getting the best possible audio from the 8 bit 8 kHz telephone system. Under normal circumstances you won' t hear any distortion due to the radiation of the telephone. The S25 can also be used as a stationary hybrid in areas where no landlines are available. A special application is the use in Advanced Multirate Wideband systems ( AMR-WB / G722) This " wideband audio" or " HD Voice" system increases the bandwidth and transmits in the audio frequency range of 50 Hz to almost 8 kHz. To connect your mobile telephone to the unit a wide variety of cables is available for Nokia, Apple, HTC, Samsung, Sony-Ericsson and others.
